Job Title: Front Desk Manager (job filled)

Montclair Pickleball is NJ's leading pickleball academy with 3 locations, an incredible community of players, and a top-notch team of coaches. We are opening our 4-Court Bergen County facility in Fair Lawn this spring!

As the Front Desk Manager, you will be the first face people see when they walk in, offering a warm welcome to our players. You will manage front desk operations such as checking players in and helping players sign up for programs, as well as back-end and facility operations such as answering emails, helping with marketing (very basic tasks), assisting with pro shop sales, cleaning courts and facility, and more. If you're a people person, love pickleball, and want to be part of our new facility, we'd love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet players and visitors, helping create a friendly and welcoming environment.

  • Provide support answering calls and emails.

  • Help players with court reservations and program signups.

  • Assist with pro shop sales.

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the courts and facility areas.

  • Perform various other administrative tasks.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing concerns and feedback promptly.

Requirements:

  • Outgoing and friendly personality, with a genuine love for interacting with people.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Google Sheets and Google Docs.

  • A passion for pickleball

  • Experience in front desk management, hospitality, or a related field is a plus.

  • Must live within 30 minutes of Fair Lawn, NJ
